As the famous 6-Series is going to go away, BMW will offer another luxury coupe instead of. It doesn’t come to the end of the 6-Series badge, though, as the topping-the-wave 6-Series GranCoupe as well as the Gran Turismo will keep its production way going. So most keen enthusiasts have been eagerly waiting for the forthcoming BMW 8-Series scheduled for launch in 2018 that may play a possible flagship role for the brand.
To unveil the 8-Series, the BMW is going with the current Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. However, some spy shots have been leaked before its premiere there taking over the Internet. Photos reveal just a concept render, not a full production version car, but they provide a rough idea of a general overwhelmingly aggressive look with large, massive grilles on the front end, a short rear deck and the low-and-long hood.
