In February, the debut of the all-new Ford Fusion is expected at Daytona Speedweeks to kick-off the Sprint Cup Series racing season. The new model is production-ready to contest the victory in the next championship; it would be the 11th season of Fusion in NASCAR, and the Ford’s designers surpassed themselves creating an aggressive-looking racing Fusion version. Hope it will work and Fusion will win the race!

We could meet the new production model unveiled at the floor of Detroit Motor Show having a slightly different look; the most changes are believed to be made with the front end. As a result, the vehicle bears an updated front-end design aimed to improve aerodynamics along with the altered splitter, more pronounced wheel arches and a significantly rounded grille. However, some interior alterations have been made to help the Ford Team of drivers during the race. They will deal with the new – fully digital – dashboard viewing all the idata on 16 different screens. Unfortunately, very little information has been disclosed about the Fusion drivetrain. It is known to deliver 750hp at 9,000RPM under the hood, according to the current rules.

The NASCAR Ford Fusion is expected to take part in a 2-day Goodyear test roll in Las Vegas.
