2017 Lexus LC 500 Was Unveiled in Detroit
The company showcases the production model of 2017 LC 500 at North American Motor Show in Detroit. They have been working on this LF-LC concept since 2012 and they seem to have the cake baked. At any rate, the aggressive sports coupe looks extremely convincing.
The high performance and dramatic luxury specify a general look of this rear-wheel-drive four-seater. The company considers this concept to appear as the brand flagship rivaling with Porsche 911, Maserati GT or M6 by BMW. The production version has a 467-hp naturally-aspirated 5.0-litre V8 engine under the bonnet, delivering 389lb ft at 4800rpm, and a mild sound should be noted too, especially when it comes for long-distance trips. The gearbox is considered to be a 10-speed automatic one. It reaches a 0-60mph time in around 4.5 seconds. Among the shortages (if we dare to say so), there is a GA-L luxury rear-drive platform; it seems to be not the one appropriate thing for a sports high-end coupe. Along with this, the 2017 LC 500 looks like a near-perfect vehicle to choose (if you have some money to spare). How much? About $100,000 for the model range.
