2018 INFINITY Q50 Rolls Off the Production Line in Japan
It’s official now: Infinity has started production of its luxury sports sedans, the 2018 Infinity Q50, in Japan. First Infinity’s top-selling models, Q50s, roll off the production line in the company’s facility in Tochigi. It is expected they will soon be shipped to the U.S. reaching local dealers later this summer.
Well, what exactly will get in hands of Japanese keen Infinity’s enthusiasts? The actual 2018 model features two exceptional exterior looks, along with an updated interior design and enhanced performance. The Sport variants outstand with a performance-oriented design as well as a sports-focused styling that helps them standing out from the Luxe and Pure sedan’s versions. By the way, speaking of performance, with the top-of-the-range Q50 Red Sport 400 model equipped with the highly awarded 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged VR30 engine, the new performance seems to beat all the limits as it packs around 400 horsepower in top trim.
According to Randy Parker, Infinity America Vice-President, they can’t wait to bring the updated Q50 to the U.S. automotive market hoping to build on sales progress. The exciting luxury sports sedan is definitely worth it.
