3 Things You Need to Know About the Forthcoming Toyota Supra

Wed, 07/27/2016 - 14:20

Several respected sources including Autoguide are discussing fresh news about a new Toyota. According to Toyota insiders who asked not to be named, the all-new Supra is rumored to boast a twin-Turbo V6 unit featuring so far a bedazzle figure of more than 400 ponies and 300 lb-ft of torque. It will be recalled that the much-acclaimed FT-1 Concept is reported to feature 485 hp.

To be sure, the up-coming Supra model is being co-built with the German giant, BMW. It is believed a perfect wedding of tradition and innovation; BMW is renowned throughout the world with its power units experience including V6 along with turbochargers while Toyota has been known for its super-duper two-feature (powerful and effective at once) V6s. So we hope these two top-rank carmakers will create a surprisingly perfect Supra to enjoy with. For the time being, we know a sure way to anticipate what the forthcoming Toyota Supra will be. First, it will surely feature four-cylinder Turbo. Second, it could boast 400 ponies and even more. Third, chances are better than even that it would likely come to a plug-in hybrid. However, the sad truth is that it still does not exist.
