B Is for Bentley: Meet Extremely Exclusive Flying Spur by Mulliner
Bentley always delivers top-class Britishness. This time is no exclusion; a new limited design series is actually on its way. Dubbed the Flying Spur Design Series, the luxury sedan was created by Mulliner coachbuilding division, known as Bentley’s personal design atelier. Just 100 units of bespoke models are reportedly awaited to be built.
The special treatment will be offered through the FS range including such models as V8, W12, V8 S and W 12 S. Choosing the Design Series for the last two versions, customers will get a bolder front bumper, slightly restyled, along with black bezels around its headlamps and grille, not to mention 21-inch sports wheels finished in Gloss Black. There are several bright color accents along with a highlighted lower fine line; five exterior & interior color selections are available, including White, Mandarin, Kingfisher, Azure Purple and Pillar Box Red. The division’s name, “Mulliner”, is beautifully illuminated with special lamps at night.
Meanwhile, the interior is also a luxury-spirited thing, with a center console finished in Piano Black, and unique leather seats boasting double-layered leather wrapping. A perforated top-coat reveals a vibrant bottom-color underneath. Futhermore, the Design Series boasts a noteworthy gimmick employing a combo of Titanium and carbon fiber on the interior.
