Bell & Ross Watchmaker Unveils a Car Concept, not a Timepiece

The French Bell & Ross Company is actually known as a maker of luxury wristwatches. The news about a new supercar concept by Bell & Ross came out of the blue, hence. The French watchmakers made waves at the Baseworld timepiece expo having introduced its latest cheesy brainchild, the AeroGT.

As the luxurious supercar is believed to exist as a purely design project, no exact performance specs have been announced.  If the fabulous concept for a wonder will be hypothetically built, it would be equipped by a 4.2-litre V8 engine producing up to 600hp and sprinting 0-62 time in less than 3 seconds. The creators ambitiously claimed this hypothetical supercar to rival with the Koenigsegg One:1 as it might demonstrate a top speed of around 200mhp.

As Bruno Belamich, the creative director, said, the supercar project was inspired by the 1950’s Grand Tourers along with stealth airplanes. Due to this, the AeroGT’s rear vertical fin is considered to be a throw-back plane stabilizer; the eye-popping wheels are turbine-treated and the rear exhaust tips most closely resemble to jet turbo-engine exhausts.

The supercar looks so ritzy so no wonder it has been created to draw some attention to two AeroGT stylish wristwatches, namely the BR 03-92 and BR 03-94, inspired by the concept.
