The year’s end is just around the corner, and BMW seems to give gifts for Christmas by revealing prices for its all-new 2017 5-Series model range. The long-awaited sedan is expected to debut at the forthcoming NAIAS in Detroit before hitting the showrooms in early February. The seventh-gen model line-up offers two diesel and petrol variants, along with a wide array of packages and specification increase. Let’s check the pricing across the range.

Actually, prices start from $52,195. For the base level 530i model, the price is trending exactly this. For the 530i xDrive, it is looking up to $54,495; for the 540i, one should drop $57,446. And finally, the series’ leader, the 540i xDrive, will cost about $59,745. We scratch our heads why they haven’t released the pricing tags for the M550i xDrive along with 530e \ xDrive Permormance models. To know this, we should wait until the next spring. For this price, 5 Series offers huge 18-inch wheels, high fuel efficiency, adaptive LED headlights and active aero bits, along with loads of safety equipment including lane keeping assist or radar cruise control, and upgraded infotainment system.
