Scion is all about the youngsters releasing an updated FR-S upscaled Series 2.0 at 2016 Detroit Show. The one-off lineup focuses rather to the rising generation, so-called yuccies than to middle-aged customers, with the luxurious appearance, flowing body lines and sporty performance. The company claims only 1,000 exclusive vehicles will be available for sale so you should better rush trying this elegant example. Or, at least, gazing at it during the exhibition.

The pricing sticker will closely depend on the transmission: the FR-S with six-speed manual one would cost $30,305 and accordingly the automatic Scion Series 2.0 would go for $31,405. Let’s meet what could the Release Series 2.0 offer for this price?

Dealing with the exterior, one may note the Series 2.0 proves to seem the most Belgravian-stylish Scion sports car, with the Lunar Storm body paintwork and aggressive deep black 17-inch wheels. Alas, yuccies choose the tech-stuffed as well as distinctive sports cars. No wonder the inner interior dressing maintains the same sleek, streamlined, exquisite style with light brown and dark Alcantara leathered heated seats, a premium steering wheel and two-zone conditioning system. Here, well, we wait for a production FR-S version expecting to appear this year.
