If you are in the market for a retro-looking off-roader with a soft-top roof, today then might be a lucky day for you. Kahn Design, a British-based tuning company, has just teased with a new project, the Soft-Top version of its Flying Huntsman 6x6 Soft Top. Just a juicy teaser, though.
Having started with the heavily modified Land Rover Defender 110, the company has created the 6x6 Soft-Top version with wide body fenders, a retractable soft roof, pickup-like body, large wheels wrapped in off-road tires, and an extra driven axle. The drop-top SUV uses a 6.2-liter V8 paired to a six-speed automatic gearbox to send power to all – SIX, folks! – wheels. Yep, it’s a six-wheeler. It bumps power form a GM-sourced power unit to 430 horses, approximately. A rough price will make at least $334,000 .
