Lotus Wheeled out the Special Esprit-tribute Evora
Awesome and graceful, a one-off custom-tribute Esprit S1-style Evora was recently unveiled by Lotus. The fancy-framed car was built by the in-house personalization department, Lotus Exclusive. Based on the Evora Sport 410 model, it pays homage to the original classic Bond car to appear in 1977 Bond Series The Spy Who loved Me movie.
White-painted, the vehicle features a blacked -out grille, a black bumper and a black stripe to bisect a body echoing the treatment of the original Esprit, along with the carbon fiber tailgate and the engine cover. Inside the car, the design team used black Alcantara, contrasting red stitching, the wooden-made shift knob and Tartan upholstery. It is a one-of-a-kind unit ordered by a customer through a customization Lotus Exclusive program. Unfortunately, the special Esprit-tribute Evora still can’t travel underwater (as the original car could).
