Volvo Updates V40 for Geneva
Swedish Volvo aired the shots of an updated V40 hatchback and refreshed Cross Country to be unveiled at Geneva this March. According to the company’s press release, the models are expected to enter the U.S. automotive market next year, in 2017.
As for the interior, minor updates have been made there. It comes, first of all, to a revamped upholstery, codenamed City Weave, in several different color choices, up-to-dated aluminum panel trims (how would you like Stealth Aluminum, for instance?) along with the renewed door inserts. New R-Design tread plates and a massive, solid Volvo-marked key fob are also amongst the updates inside. What are we in for the exterior? A refreshed grille, Thor Hammer front headlights and several wheels design as well as an updated color line-up are seen to be most striking design changes outside. Denim Blue and Amazon Blue colors have been added to the color range to be offered for the V40 Cross Country and hatch versions, coupled with two another royal Blue shades, bursting and mussel, as well as Luminous Sand shade. Beyond that, Volvo promises to boast the significant reduction of CO2 emission on.
