Another Tesla Beater: Pininfarina Revealed A H600 Hybrid Concept
Revealed in its concept form at the latest Geneva Motor Show, the H600 extended-range hybrid luxury sedan is expected to make its full debut at the forthcoming Motor Show event in Shanghai. Designed by Mahindra-owned Pininfarina, the concept has been created as a part of close technical collaboration of the Italian design house and Hybrid Kinetic Group, a Hong Kong-based EV company.
Dubbed the H600, the all-new concept is considered to be an electric sedan, being in fact a hybrid. According to Pininfarina, the high-tech setup will be powered both by electric motors and a jet turbine as a range extender running on various fuel types including hydrogen or diesel. The Jaguar C-X75 concept underpins the same technology. As a result, the H600 will deliver 800bhp bumping up a top speed of 155mph and accelerating 0-62 time in 2.9 seconds, just impressive. The luxury sedan is said to have a range of around 620 miles.
