Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus Showing the SCG004CS in Sketches and Swapping the Engine
Sketches of the SCG004CS, the track-focused three-seater, make one thing as clear as a day – the most extreme track-focused version of the lineup seems to be ready for the 2020 model year’ debut. Strictly speaking, the carbon-wrapped SCG004CS is considered to be a road-legal version, while the rest of the lineup – including the 004C – is believed to be a track-focused one, and has been unveiled along with the SCG004CS.
Both versions benefit from the Nissan GT-R-sourced 3.8-liter biturbo VR38DETT V6, aimed to replace the former 5.0-liter V8 and paired to a manual transmission. According to Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus, a total output will make around 900 horsepower – totally impressive! Built as a three-seat racer, the SC004CS features center-lock wheels, race exterior with street-spec rear diffuser and front splitter. Optionally, the paddle-shift transmission and the carbon wrapping will be available soon.
