Skoda Vision S Will Debut In Geneva
The Czech Skoda has already revealed some long-awaited images of the latest concept SUV. The model is now called Vision S and would be revealed at the Swiss Motor Show in March when Geneva will host one of the most significant annual automotive events. The new SUV has been shown at Skoda’s Facebook official account for the first time; the automaker teased its followers with series of sketched images only before that.
The seven-seater by Skoda has been long-awaited in the market. The carmaker claims it to be officially called the “Kodiaq\ Kodiak” when the model enters the sales space. The design has been inspired by two traditional cultural phenomena, Czech cubism and the Bohemian crystal art, Skoda commented the whole SUV’s appearance. That explains why family-sized Vision S appeals strikingly with bold, sharp lines. The production car is expected to be equipped with a VW’s 1.6-litre TSI and 2.0-litre TDI motors debuting with a FWD hybrid powertrain. Skoda claims it to sprint 0-62mph per 7.4 seconds and to run for 30-31miles on electric power only.
